Pep Guardiola will be eyeing his first and oddly important pre-season friendly now as he continues to get to grips with what remains an incomplete Manchester City squad.
The Spaniard was out on the training ground with the likes of Yaya Toure, Fernandinho and Jesus Navas on Friday but is still without big names such as Sergio Aguero and Kevin de Bruyne as they continue their holidays after international campaigns.
City begin a giant-laden pre-season at Bayern Munich on Wednesday as Guardiola immediately ensures all eyes will be on him and his team against his former club.
